The SLP-24/180 High Head Cryogenic Centrifugal Pump is a single-stage, single-suction, direct-coupled cryogenic pump exclusively engineered for small-to-medium flow, medium-to-high pressure working conditions, developed by Sanjing Cryogenic with over 20 years of professional expertise in R&D and manufacturing of cryogenic equipment.

This model is fully optimized for the transportation characteristics of cryogenic liquids such as Liquid Oxygen (LOX), Liquid Nitrogen (LIN), and Liquid Argon (LAR) at a design temperature as low as -196℃. With a rated flow rate of 24m³/h and a rated head of up to 180m, it is perfectly suitable for core scenarios including high-pressure filling of industrial gases, tank-to-tank transfer, and pipeline boosting. 1. Customized Ternary Flow Hydraulic Model, Efficient and Stable Output Under High Head Conditions

This product has completed the full-dimensional customized development of the hydraulic model for the cryogenic transfer characteristics of small-to-medium flow and high head, and its core performance breaks through the upper limit of industry products of the same level:

Adopting full three-dimensional viscous flow field numerical simulation technology, the flow channel of the impeller and volute is optimized point by point, and with the precision integrally formed copper alloy impeller, it effectively eliminates the eddy current and hydraulic loss in the flow channel. The hydraulic efficiency is increased by 7%-10% compared with conventional pumps of the same working condition, and it can still maintain stable and efficient operation performance under the core working conditions of 24m³/h rated flow and 180m high head.

The impeller and rotor components have completed ISO 1940 G1 grade high-precision dynamic balance calibration, the radial runout is controlled within 0.01mm, combined with the optimal working condition speed design of 2950rpm, there is no pressure pulsation during operation, the flow fluctuation is extremely small, the vibration value of the whole machine is far lower than the industry standard, and the on-site noise pollution is greatly reduced.

The optimized inlet flow channel and inducer structure design greatly reduce the required net positive suction head (NPSHr), effectively inhibit the gasification of cryogenic media under high pressure conditions, avoid cavitation damage to the pump body from the root, and ensure the stability of long-term continuous operation of the equipment.

 

2. Integrated Direct-Coupled Compact Structure, Long-Cycle Maintenance-Free Design Reduces Full-Cycle Cost

The whole machine adopts an integrated direct-coupled coaxial design, taking into account high reliability and easy maintenance, and greatly reducing the full life cycle use cost of customers:

The pump shaft and motor shaft adopt an integrated direct-coupled coaxial design, the coaxiality accuracy is controlled within 0.02mm, which completely eliminates the additional load and transmission loss caused by the coupling transmission, with higher transmission efficiency and stronger operation stability, while reducing the number of wearing parts.

It is equipped with a cartridge double-end mechanical seal as standard, with an inert isolation gas protection system, achieving zero leakage of the medium, and the continuous trouble-free operation life is not less than 12,000 hours. A non-contact labyrinth seal scheme is optional, and the continuous operation life can reach 18,000 hours, which is perfectly suitable for high-purity, unattended continuous operation scenarios.

The whole machine adopts an integrated skid-mounted design, with compact structure, the floor area is 15% smaller than that of pumps of the same level, which can be flexibly adapted to various narrow installation spaces. The wearing parts adopt a universal standardized design, which can be quickly replaced without special tooling, and the single maintenance downtime is shortened by more than 60%.
