Product Overview

The SBP-200-450-165 Liquid Oxygen Cryogenic Piston Pump is a high-reliability, safety-focused cryogenic pump exclusively engineered for liquid oxygen media, developed by Sanjing Cryogenic with over 20 years of professional expertise in R&D and manufacturing of cryogenic equipment.

This model is tailor-optimized for small-to-medium flow rate, low-to-medium pressure oxygen transfer and filling applications. From material selection, proprietary oil-free degreasing process, structural design to full-process quality control, every detail is built to meet the stringent safety requirements of liquid oxygen media, eliminating potential safety hazards at the source and ensuring zero safety risks throughout the product lifecycle. It is the ideal choice for small and medium industrial gas stations, oxygen cylinder filling, distributed oxygen pipeline boosting and other core scenarios.

Core Advantages

1. LOX-Exclusive Safety Design, Full-Cycle Degreasing for Zero Safety Risks

Targeting the flammable and explosive characteristics of liquid oxygen, we have established an industry-leading, proprietary full-process oil-free degreasing management system to guarantee intrinsic safety:

All parts in contact with liquid oxygen are made of 304/316L austenitic stainless steel, fully compatible with cryogenic working conditions. All processing is completed in a dedicated dust-free, oil-free degreasing workshop to avoid grease contamination during production.

Adopting pharmaceutical-grade environmentally friendly degreasing agent, with dual degreasing process of multi-round ultrasonic cleaning + high-pressure circulating flushing, to achieve deep degreasing of all flow path components.

Each component passes a professional grease residue inspection, ensuring the residual grease level is far below the limit requirements of national and international standards including GB 16912 Safety Technical Code for Oxygen Production and Related Gases by Cryogenic Method, ISO 21009 Cryogenic Vessels and Equipment, fully meeting the safety requirements of liquid oxygen applications.

2. Optimized Performance for Target Working Conditions, Stable & Efficient Operation

This model is fully optimized for small-to-medium flow, low-to-medium pressure oxygen transfer scenarios, with core performance perfectly matching on-site working requirements:

Rated flow rate up to 200-450 L/h, maximum working pressure up to 165 bar, design working temperature as low as -196℃, perfectly suitable for liquid oxygen cylinder filling, bundle filling, and oxygen transfer in small and medium gas stations.

Optimized hydraulic balance structure, with high-precision mirror-polished piston and cylinder liner assembly, the pump achieves a volumetric efficiency of over 95%, with no pressure pulsation during operation, stable flow rate, and filling efficiency far exceeding similar products in the same class.

Low power consumption and low noise optimized design, with high transmission efficiency, greatly reducing energy consumption cost and noise pollution during on-site operation.

3. Rigorous Full-Process Quality Control, 100% Full-Working Condition Factory Test

We have established a full-chain closed-loop quality control system from raw material incoming inspection to finished product delivery, ensuring long-term stable operation of every pump delivered:

Incoming raw materials must undergo spectral analysis, mechanical property testing and appearance defect screening, with zero admission of unqualified products.

Three-level inspection system (first article inspection + in-process patrol inspection + completion full inspection) is implemented during production, with traceable inspection records for every processing procedure and every component.

After assembly, each pump must complete no less than 4 hours of full-working condition continuous operation test on a dedicated cryogenic test bench, covering dozens of test items including pressure resistance and sealing test, flow and pressure stability test, vibration and noise detection, safety interlock test. Only products with 100% qualified indicators can be delivered from the factory.

4. Modular Maintenance-Friendly Design, Full Lifecycle Technical Support

The whole machine adopts modular integrated design, with split layout of transmission end and hydraulic end, compact structure and small footprint, which can be flexibly adapted to the installation space of different sites.

Wearing parts adopt standardized universal design, which is easy to disassemble and replace, greatly reducing the difficulty of on-site maintenance and downtime.

We provide exclusive full lifecycle service for each product, from pre-sales working condition selection, installation and commissioning guidance, to later maintenance, original spare parts supply and technical upgrading, all supported by our senior cryogenic equipment engineers.
