Core Design & Working Principle
Model SBP400-800/250 adopts an advanced piston reciprocating working principle, driven by a high-power electric motor matched with a precision reducer. The piston makes linear reciprocating motion in the cylinder under the drive of the crankshaft connecting rod mechanism, changing the volume of the pump chamber periodically. Through the one-way control of the inlet and outlet check valves, the pump realizes the stable suction and high-pressure discharge of cryogenic media. To adapt to harsh ultra-low temperature working conditions, the cylinder, piston, valve core and other key components are made of high-strength cryogenic-resistant materials (304/316L stainless steel, nickel-based alloys), equipped with professional vacuum insulation structures, high-temperature and low-temperature resistant sealing systems and thermal expansion compensation devices, which effectively reduce cold loss, ensure reliable sealing performance and long-term stable operation in extreme low-temperature environments.
