SLP Series Submersible Pump

Mainly used in places such as LNG refueling stations, LNG liquefaction plants and the filling, transfer and conveying system of LNG tanker in the LNG receiving station and LNG ship fuel system, etc. Submersible pumps are mainly used in applications where zero leakage of the medium is required. The unit is a centrifugal unit.

SLP series and DWQY series submersible pump units are put into a vacuum container as a whole and completely immersed in the medium without dynamic sealing, which ensures zero leakage, reduces the cold loss of the unit and achieves rapid start-up;
WLP series submersible pump machine is completely immersed in the medium, without dynamic seal ing, which ensures zero leakage, reduces the cold loss of the unit and achieves rapid start-up;
The inlet is equipped with an induction wheel, which greatly reduces the requirement for the Net Positive Suction Head (NPSHa) of the system device;
The guide vane adopts a multi-channel guide vane type or volute structure, which realizes the self-balancing of the hydraulic radial force.
The pump adopts the structure of balance plate + balance drum, which can automatically balance the axial force generated by the rotor;
The motor and the pump are integral, the motor is a variable frequency low-temperature motor, and the working range of the pump is improved;
The bearings used are imported low-temperature type, which are technically mature and have a service life of more than 16000 h.
