The pump body and flow parts are made of 304LN/316LN ultra-low temperature stainless steel, which has undergone cryogenic treatment and low-temperature impact testing, without brittle fracture or deformation under -162℃ working conditions. The core seal adopts a combined design of cryogenic special mechanical seal and labyrinth seal, with mirror polished sealing surface and excellent sealing performance, completely eliminating LNG medium leakage and meeting the safe operation requirements of power plants.
2. Intelligent Variable Frequency Self-Adaptation, Accurately Matching Load Fluctuations
Equipped with an imported explosion-proof variable frequency control system, it can adjust the pump set speed and outlet pressure in real time according to the power plant load changes, with a flow adjustment range of 20%-100% rated flow and a pressure response time ≤1s. It realizes fully automatic variable working condition operation without manual intervention, accurately matching the boosting requirements of power plants under different loads.
3. Patented Pulsation Suppression Technology, Reducing Equipment Operation and Maintenance Losses
The pump set integrates a self-developed multi-chamber buffer damper.
