1. Large-Caliber Heavy-Duty Pump Body, Stable High-Pressure & High-Flow Output

  Adopting a large-caliber integrated forged pump body (bronze/stainless steel heavy-duty structure in the photos), the flow channel diameter is increased by 40% compared with conventional cryogenic pumps. Combined with an optimized hydraulic model, it achieves a rated outlet pressure of up to 25MPa and a flow range of 15~20m³/h, which can meet the high-pressure and high-flow conveying scenarios of large LNG receiving terminals and long-distance industrial gas pipelines. The pump body is made of bronze alloy/304LN ultra-low temperature stainless steel, after cryogenic treatment and high-pressure resistance test, there is no risk of deformation or brittle fracture at -196℃, and the structural strength is far beyond that of conventional cryogenic pumps.

2. Labyrinth Seal + Sealing Gas Disk, Zero Leakage Under Cryogenic High Pressure

  Innovatively adopting a dual sealing design of labyrinth seal + independent sealing gas disk (stainless steel sealing gas disk and supporting pipelines in the photos):

  The labyrinth seal is a non-contact structure, which weakens the medium leakage power through multi-layer throttling gaps, no friction and wear, and the service life is more than 5 times longer than that of mechanical seals, adapting to long-term stable operation under high-pressure conditions;

The independent sealing gas disk can be connected to inert gases such as nitrogen/argon to form a stable sealing gas barrier, which not only blocks the contact between cryogenic medium and the outside world (preventing frost and ice formation), but also balances the pressure on both sides of the pump shaft to further suppress leakage; combined with the sealing gas pressure instrument in the photos for real-time monitoring, it ensures the stability of sealing gas pressure, and the leakage rate is ≤0.01ml/min under 25MPa high pressure, completely eliminating the risk of medium leakage.
